Session 5, “Quantum Safe Networks: Service Providers, Smart Grids and Quantum Networks,” 12:55-2:55, October 26: Networks have special needs for quantum cybersecurity. In part this is because typically networks are of crucial strategic value to their users, but also because by their very nature; networks (and therefore the cyberthreats that impact them) extend over a wide geographical area. This session will survey the quantum cybersecurity approaches that are being proposed for various networking environments.

IQT Quantum Cybersecurity New York October 25-27 is the first international conference and exhibition focused on QUANTUM CYBERSECURITY. Nine vertical topics encompassing more than 40 panels and talks, curated by IQT Research’s Lawrence Gasman, will provide attendees with a deep understanding on the current impact of quantum technology on cybersecurity and how it will evolve. Cybersecurity is of growing importance to business, government, and the intelligence/military in a world of hacking and geopolitical instability.
