Sylwia Kostka is Programme Coordinator of the QuantERA ERA-NET in Quantum Technologies www.quantera.eu, world’s largest network of Research Funding Organisations in Quantum Technologies from 31 countries, cofunded by the European Commission. Sylwia is the Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Office at the National Science Centre, Poland, governmental research funding agency, where she works since its establishment in 2011. Her main areas of interest are R&I funding policies and effectiveness of international programmes. She holds Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cracow University of Technology, MA in International Cooperation and European Studies from the Jagiellonian University and MA in Development Cooperation Policy and Management from the SWPS University.
