Tunnel VUE Wins Innovation Competition for Post-Quantum Encryption Manager

(AFCEA) Tunnel VUE Inc. recently won an Innovation Shark Tank competition for its CoreVUE system. Nicholas Edwards, the founder of Tunnel Vue, described the system as an overlay of several technologies to improve encryption. Whenever a new device comes up, the session key and packet key are automatically changed each time. It does not use key exchange, public key infrastructure (PKI) or asymmetric encryption. Users only have to watch one single point at any time, and they can audit every part in the network.
The company calls CoreVUE “a revolutionary post-quantum encryption key manager.” It wraps every packet in an encrypted session, beginning with the first, with a separately established, unique key for each session. No human intervention is required for key management, distribution, storage or usage.
