Ulrich Mans, Strategic Partnerships Lead, Quantum Delta NL will speak on “Global quantum ecosystems” at IQT Nordics

Dr. Ulrich Mans is Quantum Delta NL’s Strategic Partnerships Lead. In this role, he developed the international collaboration programmes with QDNL’s priority countries and the organisation’s approach towards economic security topics such as supply chains, knowledge security and export control. He is also involved in QDNL’s Centre for Quantum & Society and building its international standing. He has a background in international relations and high tech innovation. In the past he worked in various roles, including as Innovation Attaché in Washington the EU’s External Action Service, at Leiden University’s Centre for Innovation and for the Clingendael Institute. He holds a PhD in economic geography from the UvA and a MA in Conflict Management from Radboud University Nijmegen.
